LAW CLERK

Aaron Pinkett (he/him/his) is a part-time law clerk at Wardenski P.C. for the Spring 2025 semester. Aaron was previously a summer law clerk at the firm during the summer of 2023.

Aaron is a third-year law student at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. At Northwestern, Aaron is a Notes Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review, was a member of the Bartlet Center on Trial Advocacy’s Student Trial Advocacy Team, and served as Vice President of Professional Development for the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). In the summer of 2024, Aaron was a Summer Associate at WilmerHale, where he was awarded the John A. Payton Fellowship to spend half his summer at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc.

After college, Aaron spent three years working in clinical research at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine studying the genetic and psychiatric characteristics of opioid use disorder. After obtaining a Master in Public Health degree from Boston University’s School of Public Health, Aaron worked for the Massachusetts state government in a number of roles, including serving as the Research Director for the Massachusetts State Legislature’s Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Recovery and as a policy manager for the Massachusetts Office of Medicaid, where he helped develop evidence-based, health equity-centered policies related to telehealth, community health centers, maternal and infant mortality, and the delivery of emergency services.

Aaron grew up in Maryland and currently lives in Chicago.
