Introducing Wardenski P.C.

I am thrilled to announce the opening of my new civil rights law firm, Wardenski P.C. I founded the firm in September 2021 after nearly 15 years litigating cases championing racial justice and LGBTQ+ rights in government and private practice.

Our country faces unprecedented challenges, including continuing attacks on the very foundations of our democracy: the right to a quality public education; the right to vote; and the right to live in communities where discrimination based on race, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, and other factors is neither welcome nor tolerated.

In this moment, I recognized a need for a private civil rights firm squarely focused on advocating for our common interest in a robust democracy by fighting against discriminatory barriers to equality in public education, health care, housing, and voting. Through the firm’s litigation work and consulting practice, Wardenski P.C. will strive to be a partner and ally to our colleagues in the civil rights movement.

As a civil rights lawyer, I cherish the ability to help my clients use the law to fight back against discrimination they’ve faced from their schools, health care providers, landlords, and elected leaders. My proudest moments have been when I’ve been able to share my clients’ joy at simultaneously vindicating their own rights and helping make the world a better place for others.

I am excited to share the firm’s work, amplify my clients’ stories, and celebrate our shared successes in the months and years ahead. Stay tuned on this website — and follow the firm on LinkedIn and Twitter — for updates on our work and opportunities to join us.
