Before law school, Ashley worked as a Community Engagement and Policy Advocate for the ACLU of Indiana for four years. In that role, Ashley developed and implemented advocacy strategies across issue areas in collaboration with a three-member advocacy team. After transitioning to law school, Ashley spent her first summer as a law clerk with the ACLU of Florida supporting the affiliate’s immigrants’ rights project.

Allie Vance is a third-year law student at New York University School of Law. She graduated from The University of Alabama in 2020, where she earned a dual degree in Management Information Systems and Spanish. At NYU Law, Allie was a student in the Education Advocacy Clinic and is currently participating in the Brennan Center Public Policy Advocacy Clinic. She served as co-chair for the Education Law and Policy Society, taught criminal law to high school students through the High School Law Institute, worked as a research assistant to Professor Evelyn Malavé, and is currently an Executive Editor of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change. Allie was a summer legal intern at Alabama Appleseed and Georgia Resource Center, where she assisted in the post-conviction representation of life- and death-sentenced individuals.

Wardenski P.C. typically hires one to two law students each semester and summer. All opportunities are posted on our jobs page and on PSJD.org.
